Last Monday, a classmate from highschool died of lung cancer. She was only 27.
I didn't know she was sick. And it's been years since I last saw her. So when I learned of this terrible news, it came out as a shock. It seemed so sudden. Since I haven't really heard anything from her or about her for ages, I just assumed everything was allright.
Maribel, you left us too early. I pray that God will grant you eternal rest.
